Rip the Labels journal, cream linen cover with antique gold foil

Why It Exists

I wrote this for my daughters. Then I realized I needed it too.

The world hands women labels before we can spell our own names. Good girl. Good wife. Good mother. Good employee. We wear them until they feel like skin, and then we wonder why we cannot breathe. This journal is the invitation to take them off, one honest page at a time.
